Any Large RC Fields near Asheville, NC ??
Hi Folks,
May have to relocate to Asheville and I am wondering if anyone knows of any nice flying field for Giant Scale near the Asheville, NC area ???

I know there is one just down the road from ashville in charlotte, never been there but i have a bud ---KRAZYC --that lurks on these forums who knows the location of it. He will probably chime in here before long. My son also went to school up there and I know he came back home one weekend and mentioned a field to me. I will be talking to him in a couple of days and will ask if he remembers the location and get back to you. Lots of fields from winston-salem on east to the coast but that may be abit of a drive.

The Asheville-Buncumbe Aeromdelers fly at a landfill in Asheville.......I know they have noise issues there and are sharing days between fuel power and electrics. I think their website is www.abaeromodelers.org
