Yak 54 86" e 89"
Hi friends,
When comparing two planes: QS YAK 54 86" and Carden/Hangar 9 Yak 54 89" wich one are the best? I´m in the process to buy one or another but seems that the Carden/Hangar9 Yak is much more heavy, but have more long wing. What do you recomend to me about these two planes? Any coments will be apreciate.
Thanks
Gaiotto

I think its going to be hard to compare just yet... you also need to look at the size of the fuse as well since a lot of weight is going to come from that.
I would imagine both are going to fly very well so I dont think you can loose either way.

The H9/Carden has only been prototyped and tested by them. How could anyone (general public) say which is better?
It will take weeks or months, before they have been built and flown with various set ups.

But,
There are thinks to compare, for exemple, wing loading, weight, size, engine choices...I just asking for that, but I know that H9 still testing the plane. Both are going to flying well, but I think the H9 is more heavy than the QS Yak and it could interfere in terms of performance with DA 50.What do you think guys?
Thanks

The Quique Yak is built for a DA 50 and it is light weight. For the Carden I would use an Evolution 58. IMO the Carden is a little on the "plus size" side.

Hi Bosco,
To your yak came with this weight 15.8 lbs what did you use for servos, batteries etc? Could I reduce more the weight below 15.8lbs or not?
Thanks for reply

Are you limited to only these two in Brazil?
If you can get your hands on the Extreme Flight Yak 88', it is way more scale than these two and will outfly them both...
I had the QQ and did not like it at all. I read mixed reviews so far on the H9 Yak. Some issues with quality seem not fully resolved yet...
