I am sure the Wildhare is a superiour plane all around and has customer/parts service.
But you live where Peakmodel is...shipping a Wildhare may be $$$

Perhaps not. Wild Hare has had a dealer in Australia. Check with Tom at W/H but I believe it to be the Australian DA dealership.

Also, I think Peakmodel ships out of China, from what I hear. Their business is based in New Zealand, but it's all shipped from China. Correct me if I'm wrong...

As I know, Peakmodel ships out of China and NY. But most of the models are free shipping.

Thanks for your help. Both models are in my home town so dont have to worry about shipping. I think i might go with the extra but i do love the colour scheme of the yak

Yes,I've ordered from Peak, based in NZ,but got shipped from China...
If you are looking for a better item the Wildhare will beat the Peakmodel,by a fair bit.If you want to save initial cost and then spend it later in upgrades and pay more for an inferiour plane the peak will fit the bill.

Here's another thought. Right now I have a shipment of the new 87" Extra 260s being prepared for shipment from the factory. I could have one shipped from China if you like.

I am curious how the Wild Hare plane is availabvle in New Zealand, can you tell me who has it for sale?
