I love the way this bipe performs!
the LG issues were solved by installing 2 good 1/4" aircraft (5 ply) Lg mounting plates braced by (2) 7.375 x .080"Alum. L bracket ( 1.25 x 1.25 ) secured to the LG plate by the stock screws and then to the fuselage box frame by 3, 6-32 screws on each side.
We're @ 5000' and it seems to sink quite fast, so I keep the landings a little fast. 17 lbs with a DLE 55. It will do 6 vertical slow rolls until I have to level off. The stock LG seems to work fine !

The links to the pdf manuals are not working. Does anyone have a copy they can post here? (or email me?)

thanks in advance!

finally started working on mine. I decided to build a tunnel between the landing gear for cooling purposes. trying to avoid cutting that beautiful cowl up. I also added some hardwood beams to the landing gear block hoping to strengthen and kind of tie things together a little better.

installed the landing gear today and found the Left main gear has a severe tow-in issue. either the gear is warped or when it was shaped and drilled for the axle it wasn't straight. Has anyone else had this issue? should I contact tower and get a replacement?
