The DLE 55 would be a great match for the 88'' Extra. It's absolutely to much for the 78''.

My friend was thinking about getting the Extreme Flight 78'' Extra 300 ARF airplane (the blue version though), and he wants to put a DLE 55cc gas engine on it. will this be too much? And for all of you who have built this airplane, how much does it weigh when you are all done building it? the manual said that it should weigh between 11 and 13 pounds i think. What did it weigh for you?
*If he does get this airplane, this will be his first gasser and he was looking to me to help him out since i have experience with gassers now. So i just want to make sure everything works out for him.
