smoke set up: futaba 12 FG and Pbox 2010
Im stuck (partly cos I cant find my manual but that probably will not help!)
Power Box 2010 Smoke pump.
Futaba 12FG
14Ch Rx.
Assigned Aux 1 VC to spare channel for smoke pump.
In Function menu this channel is not assigned to anything (although I have tried assigning with no change)
Prog Mix set to come on at switch position to mix pump as slave to throttle.
Following pump set up instructions, I can get it to work as required in the "switch on" position. ie at idle no pump.
BUT, when switching to the OFF position for the mix, pump goes on.
Have hooked up a servo and the cause is because the servo moves to "centre" = 50% pump rate.
Ahhhh HELP....... really want to take up smoking tomorrow !

You need to select a channel that you can set the end point with so the servo (or pump in this case) knows where to go when the "mix" is off.
If you use lets say chan. 5, the gear channel,, typically that is control by a switch of you choosing,, when the mix is "on" it over rides that switch command,, when it is "off" the command goes back to the switch. You should be able to assign a switch or knob to Aux-1 also
good luck
