Builder said 3-4 weeks more and he's done........!!!!!!!


He is finishing up the back of the airplane and wings in the next couple of days. Then moving to the hatch and cowl. Then its final sanding, covering and painting.

alright ....everything is covered. Paint arrived earlier this week. I should have a finished plane (ready for me to install my electronics) by next week!!! Just in time to maiden over the Holiday weekend!

Flew it today........all I can say is.......


Crap!!!


That thing flies good. It flew like it weighed 25lbs.....1/3 throttle was all it need and only half on the uplines (45's and loops). And no I didn't weigh it....I would say 40lbs actual though. With servos in the tail for rudder and cans it balanced just a touch nose heavy. No bad tendencies and stopped on a dime in the spin and snaps (though I kept holding my snaps too long)
