So after quite some time getting my DC3 all sorted out, I finally did the maiden last week. What a great flying plane.
She's fitted with 2 x Saito 100FS and pneumatic gear.
I had to add about 1.5kg of weight in the nose to balance, but I plan on taking some out, as I think she's a little nose heavy.
Didn't have any issues for her first and second flights.
I've made the wings removable, with a wing bolt though the the rib ahead of the main spar, and added some rare earth magnets to hold the trailing edge in place. Worked quite well.
She's a beauty in the air!
Can't wait to fly her again.

Hi P Pilot, are you using the ESM retracts? and are you flying with those 3 blade MA's?
