Giant scale - trying to identify
I recently purchased an 88" span giant scale model that lacks the cowl, canopy
and manual - the body, wings, and tail feathers are all in A-1 condition. The only
identifying marking on the entire plane is on the firewall A043 --- the firewall
measures 12" wide by 10" high. The wings are slotted for dual servos on each
wing and the wings are yellow on the front and dark blue on the back. The body
is dark blue on top and yellow on the bottom. It looks like an Extreme Flight Edge
540T 50cc (or Extra 300), but I'm not sure. There are certain things about the
plane that don't quite conform to the pictures that I see of the Extreme Flight
models. Realize that this amounts to a "needle in the haystack" undertaking,
but, just maybe someone can identify this giant scale model.
Many thanks for any help offered!
