What's happening with TNT
Hi folks
I wonder if somebody can shed some light to this.
I have ordered landing gear from them about 3 weeks ago. Got the automated email saying, my order has been successfuly submitted but that's it. I had no more communication. Since then, I sent two emails asking for my order status but no replies. Checked my bank account and surely, the money were taken. I tried to go on their web site and it says
the server doesn't exist. I just hope, they didn't go belly up.

Also ordered a special order gear from them took about 6 weeks.
They don't seem to be the best to communicate to the customer,
that is one thing that I have found has changed in the last year,
never had a problem communicating with them before this last order.
Sent them an email to let them know that if I didn't here anything within
48 hours I was calling my credit card company to file a complaint, I got
a very quick response to that, saying they were waiting on the material
shipment to arrive before they could make the gear I had ordered.
Oh BTW they were also having problems with the telephone back then
and secretary was out on sick leave I believe is what I was told.

Yeah, the web site is back up. That's a relief. It just bothers me when I'm not getting any emails back.
If they have to tell me, they are running behind, I don't have a problem with it but not communicating makes things worse.

Umm... you might want to give them a bit of a break guys. It's a small operation and the owner has valid reasons for not wanting to use email, he prefers phone calls and occasionally there will be an issue there for some reason, VoIP service or something.
They do really good work at a really fair price, sometimes it just takes a bit longer than we'd like....
