Default Magetron Starter?

I have the Evo 7260 radial engine.
I'm looking for a suitable starter for it.
Will the Sullivan Magatron starter do the job?
Are there any other choices?
How about the cone, is there a good way to grip the prop without a spinner?

I can think of two ways, start it with a spinner, and when it runs decent, take the spinner off and hand flip it.I do this with my tripe.Use an allen head bolt to bolt your prop on then use hex stock as your starter.jeffo

Good ideas, I tried my friends Megatron starter, no go.
Doesn;t have enough umpf.
Wondering about the Miller belt 4x1 reduction on a dynatron starter?

Were you running 12 or 24 volts?

I've seen the Miller in action but don't own one. It is a powerful beast.

Starters will take the paint of off a spinner or mark up a polisher spinner. I've been starting my gassers by hand
