Hi,

Can anyone provide me any information on the Exclusiv-Modellbau Christen Eagle? I emailed Desert Aircraft and visited Exclusiv-Modellbau's web site.

I was told there are no plans in the kit and the instructions are in german. A CD is included but I'm hesitant just how useful that will be. I'm no expert builder and was curious if anyone has any experience with this build (or similiar Exclusiv-Modellbau builds). I've seen a few threads on other kits, but was hoping to get feedback on this one directly.

Last of all, does anyone know if the KIT has decals or at least templates to make the eagle from?

Hi Talbert,

I have build the Pitts from Exclusiv-Modellbau and i must say it is verry easy to build a kit from Exclusiv-Modellbau.
The CD that came with the kit is verry usefull and loaded with a few hundreds of pictures.
The plans are only for assembling purpose. I am Looking back with joy on the building time i have got.

If it is not your first kit to build than dont hesitate to go for it. I now there are templates for the decals, search the net for it. You can let them cut where also the car advertising stickers made.

Here some pics off the Pitts the building manner is verry the same as the Christen Eagle.

Bumping this thread. Pacoflyer, I do know someone who not only can build it, but can send you pictures of his absolutely beautiful Christen Eagle, in factory colors. Hope you get this!
