Default Making A CF Wing Tube Bigger ???

I just got a 1.5" CF wing tube for my 1/3 Laser 200. It is a fairly loose fit ( probably OK but I'm concerned ). I am considering coating the wing tube with epoxy finishing resin in order to increase the diameter ever so slightly and then if needed I'll sand it a bit to make it fit. It this a good idea or are their better ones.

Monokote trim sheets make great shims for wing tubes. It is hard enough to last a while, easy to adjust or remove/replace.

Hi.
Don, take taildraggers advice. Either use monokote, or Ultracote. Usually only takes one or two wraps of the tueb. Plus, it doesn't leave a sticky mess as adhesive tapes will. This residue will cause binding from sticking inside the tube.
