Been a while since i came by here. Well, the Decathlon got finished but she still is yet to fly. She's been gathering dust hanging up in my garage as I got distracted by something a little bigger

Hi all, I see this is an old forum but looking for advice. I'm new to the Decathlon group, or rather I have a 42% AMR Decathlon that is new to me!
I bought used so I will use this downtime to go over it and have it ready for spring. It was built with only 1 servo per aileron, each with 350oz/in on 6v. I believe the builder did this to help keep the weight down. Is there value in boosting this to 450oz/in by adding distribution panel (servos will handle 7.4v but rx will not).
Also looking for suggestions on tailwheels. The tailwheel assembly has taken a beating. I estimate the weight is around 50-55lbs.
Thanks!
