Sachs 4.2 Prop?
Helping a friend with a 1/3 scale Cub. He has a 4.2 Sachs that has electronic ignition. He was told this would be marginal power on the big Cub (book calls for 80cc and up) and given a big range of recomendations on props. Anywhere from a 26x8 to a 22x10. So what do we need to try first? The field is 2,000' ASL and most of the flying will be in the summer. We do have 10-15 mph winds most of the time.

RE: Sachs 4.2 Prop?
That will be more than enough power. Some 1/3 cubs suggest an 80 twin for balance reasons. Mine flys more than scale with a 65cc four stroke. I would try a 24x10 for a prop on the 4.2
