Starting to look like a Cub. Got it up on the wheels last week and have started fitting the wings. Door and window are fit.

Hi, Don thanks for the quick reply. I sent you a PM through RCU. not sure if you got it or not. I would like to buy a set. I put my cell # in the PM that will be fine if you call. I would like to get some info on a kit I have of a Nelitz j3 cut by Al Reynolds.

Just wanted to say hello. Beautiful work on the Cub. The Nelitz design is a classic and one of the more scale looking Cubs to me. I have been flying this one for a couple of years and it has been been in several hands since it started flying in the late 80's. This one has the Kavan 50cc twin 4 stroke for power and the sound of the engine sure fits a Cub.

I was just given a set of Nelitz Cub plans by my uncle and eager to see what all is available to speed up the build. Short kit, dummy engine, landing gear, any advice is appreciated.

yeah the gears, cowls and the cnc engine kits are made but my move has everything packed and moved it. looks like after Christmas by the time I get all set up. I can't believe how many trucks it has taken to make the move. The snow comes and goes here which may delay travel also. I've made 6 trips and have about 7 more to go.

I've got laser cut kits for many giant scale and pattern planes. 1/3 scale cub and 1/3 scale Aeronca Champ are among the kits I sell. As soon as some of the new shop construction is completed and I can get things unpacked and on the shelves I'll let you know. We have complete kits, landing gear, and just about everything needed to build.

Laser cut engines kits , Tig welded landing gear, all Sig stuff and more, gator products, carbon fiber wing and stab tubes, to many things to mention. We are still in the middle of moving from Ca. to Colorado and things are getting unpacked, new shops are being built, but soon we will be running at full speed. Many new kits and products are ready to list as soon as I get organized. Hang in there.

Hey Guys,
Does anyone see a problem making the wing fairings out of 1/64" plywood instead of aluminum, I am covering mine with monokote. Not sure how aluminum and monokote go together.

Looking for any and all suggestions.

Thanks,
Wayne
