Default Another Laser 200 question

I recently acquired a "Bud Lite" Laser 200.
It has a 99" wingspan.
Reading a lot of posts here on other laser 200 where people want to know if it is solid foam or built up wing.
Strangely I can see/feel the ribs and balsa. The ribs appear to be built of foam and the stringers are balsa. Also has a very large wing tube opening and the wing tube of course is missing.
This plane was given to me by a young man in Tampa Florida whose father owned it originally but was tragically
killed in a motorcycle accident about 10 years ago. Reason stating this it is also the original owner of the actual "Bud Lite"
was also involved in a motorcycle accident.
I mostly would like find out if this is a kit and by whom or an ARF
Thanks

This one came with an OS twin cylinder FS which is probably going to be too old to get parts for but does make a unique conversation piece. Also, has a 53 mhz receiver with nine channels, good luck getting rid of that.
Thanks for the quick reply.
