Default Xicoy CG machine measurements

I am putting a together this thread to gather measurements for this new tool.
My hope is over time we can eliminate the guess work for models currently flying and for those to coming out.
This is just to get you started and all CGs should be per the manufactures instruction.
Feel free to post your finds even if the same jet has already been posted, this way if a few people have good results with a cg people can have options and know what works. This will maybe take some of the guess work out and help prevent any high adventure maidens Cheers!

So for my first entry I would like to add the Excalibur sport jet to the list.

Distance Front-Mains 620mm
Distance Mains-CG 80mm
Distance mains to weight placement 890mm
Tricycle

Hi - I will re-measure, but I get slightly different numbers.
Fronts to Mains 606m
C of G 65 mm forward of main wheel axle
Wt to be added 706 mm forward of main wheels (this is front side of forward bulkhead as I will need to add about 400 gm).
Not sure if the differences might be due to different squat angles of wheels, or differences in levelling tolerances?
I think that this thread will be a great help to those of us using the Xicoy cg system - thanks for starting it.

Awesome, thats exactly why I wanted to do this. I figured people will come up with slightly different values and this way I can give a safe cg/measurement range for each model. The biggest differencer will be the measurement from mains to weight location since everyone will may have a different place they add weight. Cheers!

Distance Front-Mains 920mm
Distance Mains-CG 177mm
Distance mains to weight placement 1237mm

This is for the CG recommended by Skymaster, I know of two other F-14s that are using a cg right on the front spare as well. I will post those measurements once I can get mine done

Fei Bao Mirage 2000

Distance Front-Mains 815mm
Distance Mains-CG 80mm
Distance mains to weight placement 1200mm
Tricycle

The person that posted this changed the main tank to a round and put it over the CG. It helped eliminate the jump and gave smooth landings

Okay so I got the new gen Xicoy balance gen 3 I think and it is much better seems very accurate compared to my old one. I checked my rebel with the # and mine showed about .23lbs needed to balance the jet. It was showing a little tail heavy but I figured that sense I moved my CG back about 1/2 inch per Elites recommendation and with the bigggggg fuel tank full it will be nose heavy for sure so im going to leave it.

So hes updated the scales? Is it software or hardware?
I'm not using the scales at the moment, i'm not sure i trust them to be honest. I had considered getting a calibration weight.
Any advice is appreciated.
On my RebPro the CG that makes the plane so sweet is waaaaaaaay aft of the recommended spot. 2S 5000's are the area between the gear formers, and my ECU pack is on a tray I built basically under the FOD screen, no smoke in mine obviously.

Sorry didnt see a post till now, it looks like just the sensors. They are larger and have a bigger gap between the inner and out parts. Not sure about software, but the weights dont drift and they settle down to just one number and and not jumping around.

I am also putting together a Xcalibur. I have the CG balancer with angle sensors, but have had no time to play with it. Planning to spend my weekend on airplane stuff. I'll measure up the Xcalibur and post what I find, as it looks like there are some slightly different measurements mentioned here.

That was part of the point to this, this will help get rid of slight measuring errors.

That's the plan, I put in leave for that time but the Unit does have a gunnery going on so hopefully they let me take the leave.

I do not, I haven't been able to get them myself due to life but would be super handy since the jet is so damn heavy lol
