Default Off center thrust?

I am doing a glow to electric conversion of my Hobbico Nexstar, all of the parts are in and I am ready to begin. The holes in the firewall for the old glow engine do not match the holes of the new electric mount. However, one hole comes very, very close and I can bolt the engine mount on and then easily use this to drill the other three holes. Using this hole the engine mount is a couple of mm off center. If I center the mount this hole is actually in the way and I would have to fill it with something and then redrill partially over it. How bad would off center thrust of a few mm be?

Default RE: Off center thrust?

If you use a bit of down and right thrust, you have to fit your motor off-center anyway, in order to get the prop/shaft aligned with the central axis..
