Default Hangar 9 Piper J-3 Cub Electric Conversion

I am new to Balsa ARF and Electric Conversion and would appreciate very much inputs from veteran pilots out there who had done similar conversion to electric. The specs of the plan is as below:

Wingspan:80 in (2032mm)
Wing Area:919 sq in (59.3 sq dm)
Flying Weight:6.75–7.5 lb (3–3.4 kg)
Engine Size:.36–.46 2-stroke, .56–.82 4-stroke

Horizon recommends the following motor and ESC for electric conversion: Power 46 bl outrunner (670kv), phoenix 60 bl ESC , 14.8v 4200mah battery, and APC 13 x 8 prop.

I am thinking about using a different motor from DYMOND Modelsport. Its a Gunther 2832, which delivers 960 watt, produces 95 oz horsepower, uses either a 15 x 7 prop with 4 cell or 13 x 8 prop with 5 cell lipo. I plan to use this with DYMOND100-amp Futur(e) BECESC.

1) Is this too much motor for this airplane?
2) can someone provide me pictures of battery placement, motor placement, and wires placement for the ESC, motor
3) do i need to cut out holes in the firewall to allow ventilation for the lipo battery. if so how is this done?

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
