You can buy the same stuff at your local hardware store a lot cheaper. here's the 2500 watt mount in my 1/4 Cobra.

Hi Randy

My first request would be for you to obtain a watt meter and see just how much power your combo is making. Trying to diagnosis the "problem" without one is very difficult. If your Kaos is 5lbs ready to fly I would shoot for 500W to start. Yes it will fly on less, but I don't suppose it will be very much fun.

I don't know an awful lot about your motor honestly. Is [link=http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=6231]this[/link] one it? If the motor specs out to 500/600KV I think your being overally optimistic trying to fly the model on only a 3S pack. To make my 500W goal your pack would have to supply say 50A @10V! Somehow I doubt thats going to happen.

Let me know how you make out.

My Kaos e-conversion is fully customized, so I took a dive into the wing loading and power loading numbers. First reaction: is this too good to be true? Perhaps someone can tell me if I am missing something?

Thanks.
