Royal Stuka
Almost finished with a Royal Stuka, I powered with an hobby partz exceed 110 on 8 cells turning a 3 blade 16-8 or 16-10. The 16-8 pulled 38 amps and 1100 watts. plane weighs about 7 lbs RTF. Any body flown one of these?

RE: Royal Stuka
I flew her today. It came out a lot porkier than I originaly thought.. 9.5lbs was the final tally. The wing loading came out around 32oz/sqft. I changed the prop to 16x10 3 blade MAS. Tons of power. Half throttle flew scale. It had none of the tip stall characteristics I had read about with other royal stuka projects. Aileron was way out of trim, the ailerons required much more throw than I would have thought. I have a lot more flight testing to do for a final verdict, but so far so good. More batteries on order! Sorry no flight video... next time.

RE: Royal Stuka
Hello. I am interested in your builds / conversion as I am also working on a Royal Stuka. It hasn't flown and was originally set up for a ST G90. Seeing that it is very tail heavy and has a short nose... I thought it would be good for an electric with heavy batteries to balance it. Not to mention the simplier operation. This plane has limited space for gas or glow to start with.
How is yours flying? Can you post some built pics?
Thanks!
