Default Electric Setup for Midwest Super Hots?

I have an old Midwest Super Hots kit I want to build for electric power. I am relatively new to electric so keep it simple. The plane will weigh around six pounds. I have found some old 7 year old threads, but don't think they apply anymore. I would like the plane to be zippy. I also think because of space I am limited to 4 or 5 cells at most. I've also seen a picture that used an out runner motor. Because of cost I am limited to Turnigy or the like setup.

So can anyone help me with the motor I need, size esc and battery to go with it. I do have an 80A Turnigy Plush ESC available and an elite 60A esc also.

any help appreciated.

First here is an excellent reference source for you:

EVERYTHING YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT ELECTRIC POWERED FLIGHT

Zippy? Well not sure what that means. But I would suggest you target at least 100 watts/pound. So you are looking for a motor that will provide about 600 watts of power.

on a 4 cell lipo pack that would mean about 40 amps from the battery pack. Go higher in voltage and you can go down in amps and still get 600 watts. (look at the book link above)

How large of a prop can you put on the plane? What is the ground clearance?
