Sig 1/6 Scale Cub
i pulled this cub off the rack this spring and converted it electric. I built it 25 years ago and haven't flown it in 10 years. It was originally covered in Coverite 21st century fabric and painted OD green with victor stripes to look like a L4. I stripped it down, repaired the airframe and recovered it in traditional J3 Cub color scheme. It originally had an OS 40 four stroke for power. I converted it to a Power 32, 60 amp ESC and a 4S LIPO with a 12X6 prop. It pulls 45 amps and has 700 watts of power. The Cub weighs exactly 4lbs, so it should have plenty of power. I am also working on a set of floats for it. Can't wait to "retest" fly her.
