Default Top Flite T34-b Mentor conversion

hey folks, has anyone converted the top flite t34b mentor to brushless from glow? I've see a few on you tube but I'd love to know how it was done. Changes to the airframe? Did you add a hatch for access to battery/esc? Motor, Power and prop combo? Thanks for your help!

Default Follow Up

As a follow up. If you haven't converted this specific plane has anyone here converted a plane of this size. It has an 80 in wingspan and is 60 in long. Thanks again!
