Default Sig Seniorita Glow to Electric conversion info needed

Hi, I have a 25 size Kadet Seniorita, I run a OS SZ-37 Heli engine with a 10x4 Prop, specs...Practical RPM range: 2000-21,000 / 1.4 HP @ 18,000 RPM
Weight: Total of power package ...glow eng, prop and silencer 13oz + 6 oz full of fuel
Total Airplane weight ready to fly 3.75 lbs
It hovers at 1/2 throttle and has great power and speed.

So my question, what would be a good Elec conversion Setup (Motor/Prop/ESC/Battery) that would match the performance I have now?

I have tried to figure it out but havn't been able to come up with a good package that I feel will work right.

Thanx in advance for any info.

Not sure how much ground clearance you have but a .32 on 4s swinging a 13X8 APC E prop will do a fine job.

This one with a 12X6 APC E prop

Should give around 7 pounds of thrust or so. Per [link=http://www.s4a.ch/eflight/motorcalc_e.htm]ONLINE CALC PROGRAM[/link]

Buzz.

I use a Scorpion 3014-1040 on mine. On a 3S pack it flies very well. On my ARF version I use the Scorpion 3020-850 and 3S pack with 12X6 prop. I tried a 4S pack but power was up to over 800 watts, clearly too much for this plane. So I stay with 3S set up.

I built the Seniorita early this year. I made a hatch from the firewall to the landing gear mounting plate on the belly. The 3 cell 3600 mah battery mounts up against the firewall along the inside of the sidewall, (Mounting Plate Installed). I use an eflite power 15 and 40 amp speed control. This setup has worked well for me, I get 20 min flight times with about 1200-1500 mah to spare. I built this model for night flying by installing over 400 LED lights into the wings and fuselage. I power the lights with a seperate 1300 mah battery carried at the CG location. Very stable, Slow flying airplane.
