YT Rush..
Gentlemen ..
Question for Matt really
... but any comments eagerly welcomed
O.K A rainy weekend last Fri & Sat..bought the second of our little " Take to the coast " electrics, " Spree Sports " type of stuff ...no big deal..anyway sunday, after some sound prompting from impeccable sources here on RCU...i shot out and bought a Kokam 7.4v 2000Mahr LiPo bat pack charger etc...the sheer performance of that little pack has really made me wonder about the possibility of electrifing something bigger ... looking back to.. www.ytinternational.co.uk ... i remembered the YT " Rush "
I have just finished the YT " Cyclone " and with a large 1.20FS up front this big chap still only came out at a couple of ounces over 8lb ...the " Rush" is baby brother ..with a ready to fly weight of what...5 1/2 lb...thats with 20 odd ounces of IC hardware at the front...
So gents, what do you think of electrifying this "Rush "...would'nt be looking for competition performance ..but good flying with a 10 + min duration ...am i being realistic [8D]
What motor(s) would be good ..Batt packs etc .[8D]..what do i have to beg her for $ wise..
