Advice on Flair Swallow ?
Hi,
A good friend of mine (but without a computer) has asked me to ask you if you have any advice on converting a Flair Swallow.
The spec from the box is:
Wingspan 1680 mm
Weight 3.7 - 3.8 kg
Length 1600 mm
Wing loading 75 g/dm2
Wing area 50 dm2
Airfoil NACA-0012T
Engine 0.91 4 stroke
Radio 4/5 channel, 5/6 servos
The Swallow is a pattern style aerobatic machine. Smooth flying and accuracy are the essentials here and the Swallow does not disappoint. The colour scheme is dazzling and is a great help in following the model around the sky.
My friend is a very good aerobatic pilot and wants to get the following out of the model:
1. Vertical performance
2. 8 minutes of flying (pattern)
So far he has been advised to buy an AXI 5320/28 with 10S 3700 20C lipo's and a Jeti 90 ?
Can you advise him ?
Thanks
