Default 110" GLIDER GAS TO ELECTRIC- HELP!

HEY GUYS:

I have a 110" Airtronics Olympic II gilder I want to convert to electric. I currently have a pod with an OS 10 which gets it airborn ok. I would like to not cut it up to convert it and was wondering what size motor, esc and battery to use. I do not want to spend alot to get the best, just enough to get my grandson going on the glider. Also, the nose slopes a bit downward in the front and I really don't want to hack off a couple inches of the nosee if possible. May want to actually ake it back a glider one day. Thanks.
