FAN TRAINER conversion to electric

I have a Fan Trainer by RFB that is presently mounted with a .45 glo and turning a 10x6 blade. This plane weighes about 9 pounds with one and a quarter pound of dead weight in the nose to balance. It flies like a dead log and is superfast to land.
I would like to convert to electric with a 10 x 7 to 10 x 9. The .45 will turn about 12000 rpm at best while an in runner 36 - 58 such as AMMO with 1800KV and 14 volts could swing a prop at over 18000rpm.
This conversion would save that 1 1/25 lbs in the nose and the battery could then be moved for balance.
The plane is 71 1/2 in. span is a pusher with the motor mounted behind the trailing edge just ahead of the vertical fin and the is a 4 in shroud around the prop not allowing anything bigger than a 10 in. prop.
.
I also thought that if I used a 12 in prop and clipped the tips I could have a more efficient prop with no air slipping at the prop tip because of the shroud.
I need your opinion has I would like to fly this bird but I want it peppy and reactive.
Thank you for taking time to read.John B.

Gentlemen,

It is amaqzing that with wo many experts around the country a whole week can go by without a single opinion.
I really need help and I would like to put the one in the air and have fun.
I really look forward to some suggestion on how to power this plane efficiently.

John B.
