Great Planes Cessna 182
Anyone converted the GP Cessna 182 to electric?

Did you ever get any feedback on this conversion?
Thank you, David J. |
RE: Great Planes Cessna 182
I have completed this conversion using AXI-2826/12 and Thunder Power 2100 3s and at least 2p. I have set mine up so I can use 2p, 3p, or 4p; flies fine with all three battery configurations.

I built the plane and used a Phasor 45-3 with 4s2p 5000man tanics. Beautiful plane and flies smooth and graceful. However I don't get her too slow for landing but she will float in power off. 15 minutes of air time. Need a brick battery up front for balance and space.
