I saw his message, Rajib, before he deleted it.
I wish to respect Karl's decision to remove it; so I will not write what it was about, despite the fact that I wanted to reply to it.

I've had both the Saito 72 and 82. Both are great engines.I currently have a YS 63S and the YS 70. You can't go wrong with either Saito but for insane power in a small package YS 70 is the way to go. Here is a link to a great site with a lot of information if you go with a Saito.

Good choice for your first 4 stroke. Saitos are good sport/3D engines that run very well. When new they tend to eat a lot of fuel but once you tune them well they are great engines. No pump is necessary, in fact they run ok without any pressure sometimes. I have a saito 150 on a plane and because of the way it is setup the tubing going to the muffler falls off every other flight. I don't even notice it until after I land and am fueling up for the next flight.

RE: YS FZ70S vs SAITO 72 AAC
G'day The gold tappet covers are usually found on the black Black Knight versions but not always.
The 120S was a silver engine with the gold covers and as you can see, Kosta's older 150S (old style muffler) was similar.
But, my 150S which is fairly recent is black but is not a Black Knight and had silver tappet covers.
I happened to have a near dead 120S given to me so I put its gold covers on my 150S to confuse people.
Cheers
Mike

Also my Saito FA-120S has Gold Rocker Covers.
I've bought both engines used and that covers came with the engine,ofcourse....
I see that Golden Knight version ,though, has silver Covers and not Gold !

Mike, does yours have a letter on the right mounting lug, I have one of earliest 1.50s from either 1990 or 1991 whichever was the year they were released. Mine is black with chrome rocker covers and very high compression.
PS, this one has no letter designation on the mounting lug.

[X(] Gringo Flyer what are you saying? Magnum as a replacement for Saito? I am not going to buy Magnum, same engine is available in India by name of ASP and I have no plan to spent money for Magnum/ASP. I am trying to find someone who can help me to get engine from USA. If I don't find anyone then I may better go for OS 4 stroke but never Magnum/ASP.

What`s wrong with the Magnum/ASP? I have several in different sizes from .30fs to 180fs, works great. Runs fine on anything from 0-30% nitro. Especially the .91 size has a very good reputation in fact. It is not beautiful to the eye as the saito, but performance is great and weight is 640 grams which is normal for the size. Only saitos are lighter.
I own YS fourstrokes too, which of course are great engines, but I use my ASP`s just as much if that means anything
