I guys,
I have been away from nitro engines for a few years ( been playing with EDF jets) and I want to finish a nitro plane I started several years ago. I have a Satio 82 I will be mounting inverted. There is a nipple on the bottom of the crankcase, is that a vent that must be vented outside the cowling? Thanks in advance .

If you don't vent it, you will have a REAL mess under the cowling when you finally notice things. Don't ask how I know that . Good luck, Dzl

I learned that lesson the hard way as well. It will make a mess.

on my saito 150 i added another pressure fitting on the header and routed the vent there... makes for some really nice smoke too!
