Very sorry Timo but I do not understand. All oil added is then drained out a bottom follower guide, engine tipped on end and allowed to drain some more. -Tom

Oke Maxam. It´s a little difficult for me to find the right words and then translate, but after reading the manual it,s clear to me. What i meant was, how comes the afterrun oil to all the parts of the crankcase. I know now the answer. By rotating the crankshaft several times the oil will disperce to the parts is that right?
Regards,
Timo

Hello all
Please help me. I can´t make a decission what plane i gonna build for the 7-77 . I don't want an ARF. It must be a plane from plans. For example Ziroli , Jerry Bates or another designer. I hope I get responce.
Regards,
Timo

Hi Timo,
Go with the Ziroli 87 inch wing span Stearman. It give the engine the exposer it deserves. Not hidden in a cowl.
It also helps with oiling the rockers and afte run oiling.
Good Luck
Paul

Hi Paul
I´ve seen that the Ziroli Stearman weights 30-35 lbs. Is that not to heavy?

i don't think 30-35 pound plane is a problem for a 7-77 radial. I always look at the 7-77 as being the same as a 62 cc, the radial will swing a 24-12 prop and fly at scale speeds.

I have also seen the Corsair 100 inch from Meister Scale. It´s weight is 25 to 35 lbs. Is also a beautiful one, But I don.t know if the engine suits in the cowl. I have to inform to Meister Scale

Hello Tom.
Why is that? The Hangar corsair 60cc weights the same as the Meister scale though I thought that the Evo 7-77 fits the meister scale corsair in terms of the engine. Or am I wrong? Please give me your opinion.
Regards
Timo

I have the Evo 777 and no way would I put it in a Meister plane. It's not that powerful. I would think it's about as powerful for a 50cc engine.

I agree with the statement above. Meister planes are too large for the 7-77 a Moki 150-180 would be more suited.

Hello
You fly this Corsair with the 7-77 Evo or the 9-99?

I have a 91 inch corsair with the old 7-70. BUT mine weighs only around 22 pounds. It is the Black Horse corsair but they are no longer available.

Weight is the limiting factor. One of my Buds had a Bob Holman aka Don Lein FW190 that weighted around 30lbs give or take.
It flew with the 7-70 but mostly at wide open throttle. There was no margin for safety of power.

Got my 735 back from Horizon. Carb rebuild and all new plugs for $60 shipped...not bad.

They me told me that I absolutely should be running exhaust pressure...anyone else actually try running one with it connected?
