Hmm....
Jett .35 and Lite Muffler on my funfly
Two Jett .40 Sports for my 426 Racers, currently on a Vmax and Vortex
Two Jett .40 LS 422 Racing motors
Jett .50 sport jett, although it only runs wide open (no low end needle, and it will not idle) - Used on Whiplash and Eindecker
Jett .90L in my 60 sized Corsair
woudln't have thought I had 7 of them, wow.

I guess not, it was only ment as a little joke (Although I do have a black and the red muffler for all my 50 sized engines). I have been droolig over the .60 LX for quite some time, and now the new .56 size, but lately I have been into a fourstroke periode again. Mabye some of these days I will join the club too, I know they are fantastic engines[8D]

RE: Club JETT
G'day in Gunnedah. Over here in Dubbo, I have the only Jett in our club. The dreaded OS 46 AX is the most common engine so I bought the Jett so show everyone what a REAL 46 is like. As you say, when I fire it up, everyone stops to listen and be amazed. I must take it out again soon.
Cheers

RE: Club JETT
i want #65 since my AMA number ends in 65
seriously though, after owning the BSE 50 and the 56LX i can attest to why american made engines were in the winners circle of just about any competition. price goes along with that claim too, but in this day and age, the price is much fairer than ever............what's sad is that builders like Dub are becoming extinct. but what he does build, delivers as advertised and then some.
in the new area of modeling i've chosen to go back to, one is reliant on older used K&B's, ST and OPS to name a few along with Nelson which all share in the screamer department.
i tried to put Dub's name out there this coming year, but he's reluctant to flat out build a .65 or a .40 that will turn props like the last K&B's we once used.
OPS still makes .65's and .40's that will turn a prop as fast as you want, but come at a weight penalty.
the BSE series is freakin' gorgeous, and would look good on any model it's mounted to.
thos of you who have em and run em, be nice to them..............the Chineese ARF lovin modeler of today does nothing to support the American mfg of anything and time and the economy will surely take it's toll.

RE: Club JETT
For those that are running JETT engines outside of the US, what nitro percentage do you run? If you run 0% how well do the engines work for you? I've always run 15% in my .46 though I've always wondered how well it would perform on FAI fuel.

RE: Club JETT
It's no problem to buy nitro in Australia, may cost a little more. I have run these engines as low as 10% but usually run, as you say, 15%.
To find out, I think you could remove the head shim and get a reasonable result.
Bob on the Jett the support blog would be the best to ask.
