Default Webra 120 vs. 91 exhaust opening size for gasket

Would anyone be able to tell me if the Webra 120 uses the same gasket as the 91? The laser cutter has them for only the 120, not the 91 but I think they are the same size flange. He only cuts gaskets, doesnt know about if it would fit.

You don't need or want to use a gasket.  You want to use High Temp RTV.

I would rather have it be a gasket for easier service with the header as I am cutting for tuned pipes and it is a marine engine. I'll probably want to remove the header and pipe more often than an aero motor. Gaskets are just easier to deal with if you plan on taking things on and off often.

The typical problem with the gaskets is the screws come loose on you. You can't keep the muffler or exhaust pipe on tight with a gasket in there. The gasket lets the exhaust pipe or muffler flex a little more causing the screws to come loose. You cannot tighten them enough without them stripping their threads or the heads snap off.
But if you really want to use them, then go for it.

In my book not using a gasket would simlify things a lot. The scenario is that the gasket lets the muffler dance around at high rpm, then the bolts loosen up followed by wallowed out holes, bigger dancing then no threads left.

If it helps any, as far as I can tell the exhaust ports and screw spacing is different. Bisson Mufflers list them as separate items and not the same part or same muffler.
Macs Mufflers does the same, they are separate part numbers for the mufflers too.

Macs states the Webra 91 has a 42.06mm screw spacing.
When I measure one of my Webra 1.20 mufflers it has a 40mm screw spacing.

In regards to gasket material... I would think a gasket made of thin brass sheet or copper sheet would work well and be reusable. Think head shims. I use a brass gasket on my TT .46 pro and Jettstream muffler - the gasket came with the Jett muffler. My muffer screws have never came loose, even at 16,800rpm. Paper will squish and absorb oil, soft metals wont.

They make high performance copper head gaskets for full-size v6 and v8 engines that are reusable. Food for thought.
