OS 91 Surpass II
I just pulled my NIB OS 91 Surpass II out of the box. Bought it in 2005 for a Little Toni. But time got away from me until now (finally retired) and I am starting to put it all together. I found in the manual that there is an optional valve adjustment kit that was once available (not listed on Tower now). Anyone have an idea where I might purchase one?

RE: OS 91 Surpass II
The valve adjustment kit is a little plastic box with 4 tools
Feeler gauge 0.04mm or 0.0015 inch
Feeler gauge 0.10mm or 0.004 inch
Hex key 1.5mm
Box end wrench 5mm
All of these items, except the plastic box, are widely available.

Tower still has them

The same kit is used on all O.S. engines. The feelers are good for all O.S., Magnum, Saito, and maybe other four strokes. The adjustment screw varies between manufactures and sometime in the save brand.
