IIRC, the mufflers for the .61, .75, and .90's use the same bolt spacing. The "swing" mufflers are much better than the current/modern silent mufflers.

If you want aftermarket, then you have Bisson, Jett, Macs, etc. It comes down to how much you want to spend. For $85, a Jettstream muffler will add 500-1500rpm over the factory mufflers. If you keep an eye on eBay, I see old ST parts up there all the time.

I know the feeling... I am keeping my eyes open for a barstock head, piston, liner, and conrod for my S90K, and a piston and liner for an S29. Sometimes I'll see parts for my engines and other times I won't see any. Have to be patient I guess.

Sorry I wasn't much help.

Michael: Slimline, Bisson, and JTEC all have a listing for a G-75 muffler.

I had a G-75 years ago, side mounted with a Pitts muffler. Attached are pics and dimensions of two Slimline (I think) mufflers. I think they were used with the G-75, but not sure. You might check the dimensions and bolting arrangement to see if either one will fit. I will sell either or both.
