I am reassembling my Saito 125 after a bearing change. Everything is going well except for one issue.I found a light metal washer and im not sure if it goes on the crankshaft behing the front bearing or on the intake where it inserts to the head.Any help would be helpful.

It most likely goes on the intake pipe like this one to hold the O-ring in place.

You should see where there is a diameter change in your manifold to accommodate that washer. The manifold pushes the washer into the intake opening and makes the airtight seal to the black o ring.
