OS FS-91 SII idle screw location?

Default OS FS-91 SII idle screw location?
I know most engines have the idle screw in the throttle arm. Problem is I don't believe that's the case on this engine. I have the manual but doesn't show the location from what I can tell. Can anyone help me figure out which screw I need to be adjusting? Thanks for any help.

O.S. calls it the "mixture control screw". That controls the idle mixture.
