Folks,
I have an OS 7D carb that is fitted to a Supertigre ST2500.

I'm looking to do an overhaul on it but how do you pull the idle mixture adjustment valve out and how does the barrel come out?

thanks for that mate, much appreciated. Removed the lock screw and barrel came straight out, set screw in the barrel then allowed the mixture valve to be removed.
I've replaced the O-rings on mixture valve and on needle valve plus the body to engine flange o-ring on one of my 7D.

Other one has an plastic arm on the needle valve to allow in flight adjustment of top end mixture. I can't seem to fund any info on what part number it might be for those O-rings. They are very small.
Any info would be appreciated.

We don't have part numbers for the in-flight needle valve. It was discontinued quite a while ago.
