OS 52 Carb slop
So after 6 years, my little OS is giving me fits. It started having idle issues, and transition issues. Spent some quality time on the run up stand and got it purring and accelerating smoothly. It flew great for a day, then next time out, same thing, had to fiddle with the carb again and finally got it running smooth again, and it flew great.
What I noticed is a lot of residue around the LSN, and it feels a bit loose. Oil appears to be seeping out in that area, and it is the LSN that I have to keep adjusting for it to run right, changing the HSN has little effect. So I am wondering if I need to replace the o-rings, or if the body is the issue. When its running it runs well, but I think the LSN is moving on its own in flight.
