I don't know who is selling Super Tiger now.. but Tower use-to but they don't have the parts you need, you can buy a Perry Carburetor, Tower's have some of them,, or maybe buy a Kavan Carb from MECOA

MECOA,,
http://www.mecoa.com/acc/carbs/index.htm,

NOTE) my friend had an old Super Tiger 90 (made in Italy) and he had an OS 108 3 Needle Carb on it and it ran very, very well,, also know that there are many OS 70 and 90 Heli 3 Needle Carbs F/S out there, and I would bet they would work well too

If I knew the neck diameter and the venturi Diameter and whether fat spray bar or thin spraybar, maybe I could fix you up.

Thumbs up Bite the bullet !

Yeah, as posted above, Get a PERRY ! I am ST person and fiddle-faddled with their carbs for years. I must admit, that I was successful with their .61 ST carb and the engine runs smooth with good transition.
Right now I am running a .90 ST (Italian if that makes a diff.) with a Perry. Bolted it on and 10 minutes later after adjusting the idle mixture and idle rpm, VOLA ! That was 4 years ago and I haven't looked back since.
Connelly Engines currently sell Perry with a excellent presentation on buying one. Also, gives specs on various diameters. Go here and spend you money to have fun: Welcome To the All New Parry Pump Website

Go here: Perry Pumps - Carbs
This is a list of the carbs they have available. Scroll down until you get to ST and then the .90, pick its part number and go from there for ordering. I would suggest you call them just to confirm what you found on the website and other logistics if needed. Your all set.
If you go the Perry route, and you need to adjust the mixture, make sure you follow their directions, as when adjusting the mixture disc (it has an inscribed '+' or '-' on the side with a slot cut in between, IF needed, move the disc ever so slightly, like a 1/64 of an inch, (not a misprint) that how sensitive it is to set, once your happy with the engines performance, most likely you will never have to set it again.

Race is correct the Perry's midrange adjustment is crazy sensitive, not my cup of tea. SuperTigre's are much easier to set up. Set your LS needle about there and enjoy. I will look for a carb for you today.

Perry carbs are rubbish... The ST carb is far superior.. If you read the instructions and absorb what they say, they are stupid easy to setup. It's hard to find a better carburetor because most available do not have a midrange adjustment like the ST carb does.
