Default Anyway To put electric start on a .61

I have a ASP .61 2 stroke I got, not even broken in yet, anyways my first plane and sliced my fingers LOL anyways I don't want to give up the hobby/ plane and I would like to put electric start or at least a onboard glow plug, anyway to put electric start?

Buy an electric starter and battery, and install a spinner or spinner but on the engine to hold the prop. You can add a remote glow plug post pretty cheaply as well.

No sorry I mean a onboard starter sorry I have a electric starter that u put on the spinner

There aren’t much for options for on-board options. Most often they add way too much weight. I think you’re SOL. Convert it to electric.

YES a company called FEMA makes starters that can be adapted to about any glow engine.. they have been around forever. a buddy had one on a 90 four stroke back in the 80's.. vogelasang aeroscale sells them.

You have asked this already and received many answers similar to the ones above. What answer are you looking for ?
nitro car electric start system on nitro plane engine?

If you want an onboard starter for the 61 then look around for a FEMA system for it:
