DLE 30 heli coil
My DLE 30 blew the plug out of the head twice now. Last time, I bought a new head. Anybody know where to get a helicoil to repair these heads? And what size, etc?

I read somewhere that it is an M10 x 1mm pitch thread. You could measure the length of the plug threads to see how long the helicoil needs to be. You could also make up a slug to press in with a .001" interference fit, and drill and tap it to m10 x 1mm. A step on the slug would ensure that it will not pop out. You would need a lathe of course.
