Are all glow plug igniters the same size?

Yes. virtually all are the same except for the Nelson racing plugs and some specialty heads like the Cox, Norvel and some others that don't use the Turbo and 1/4" - 32 plugs. Some igniters are push and turn, or push on and are different lengths to reach into cowls or deep heat sink heads...
