RE: Tiger Shark Engines
Friend of mine has one, a .75...From what I've seen, and read, they're tight, and might need a little extra running-in time, but they're fairly powerful, and the price aint bad. I like my Tower .75 better tho. It took a little extra care at first too, but I think it's more powerful. I don't know about parts availability for the TS engines, but Tower usually is pretty good. Couple other guys on here have TS engines, and from what I recall, they're fairly happy with 'em. Guess the .52 is pretty powerful. Most of the "cheap" Chineese engines seem to be O.K., if you want to go that route, but you get what you pay for...

RE: Tiger Shark Engines
I used to own a Tiger Shark 91AR. Mine was low on power... I never quite figured out why. It ran satisfactorily. I since have replaced it with a Super Tigre G-90 and am very pleased with the power output of the G-90. Maybe I just had a dud??

RE: Tiger Shark Engines
I have the Tiger Shark 52 it runs very well and has more power than my Super Tigre 50. Mine starts on the first or second flip and idles down to 2200. It has a very smooth transition and pulls my Skyraider Mach II straight up. I will never buy another OS engine again as long as Tiger Shark makes such good engines at such a low price.
