Saito 100T throttle linkage
Sorry for the stupid question but I can't find the answer anywhere in the manual. Which way does the throttle linkage work on this engine. Should my linkage push forward to increase RPM or do I pull back? Due to the dual carb design I can't see into the throttle barrel to get my orientation. Thanks.

Al:
While Hobbsy's method works for a two needle carb, there's a way that works for any carb. Move the throttle lever fully to either end of its travel, and turn the idle speed screw in. If the lever moves back toward the other end of its travel as you turn the screw, you're at the idle end. If it doesn't move, you picked the high speed end of its travel.
Bill.

RE: Saito 100T throttle linkage
I contacted Horizon Hobby (Saito tech support) who didn't know the answer to my question, either. But they had a suggestion that I think has worked although I haven't actually started the engine to confirm it. They said to blow into the fuel line -- when there is low resistance you are at full throttle. With the 100T there is a dramatic difference so hopefully no one at Horizon has their wires crossed.
