surpass 120 carb diaphram
I have an older OS fs 120 surpass with a pump and a c13 carb. The original diaphragm had some cracks in it so about a yeas ago I made a new one from line trimmer carb material, now it has gotten pretty stiff. Does anyone know of a source for the new diaphrams or the proper materrial to make one. As a side note, some time back the pump shaft seal went bad and I was able to find an after market seal to replace it. Has anybody else had this problem too?
Thanks

RE: surpass 120 carb diaphram
Hi Aircat,
GREAT PLANES MIGHT[sm=confused.gif] still have some parts for that carb. The C13 was/could only be used/work with the Surpass II pump (another one of the O.S. GREAT IDEAS[sm=thumbdown.gif]). If you're interested, I've got a NIB C13 that I'll part with. Was hoping to graft it to my ENYA 120R but the pump I have doesn't put out the pressure to operate the regulator circuit in the carb[&o]. Contact me back channel if interested.
