Webra 120 question
It seems that my Webra 120 speed has a very small prop driver for the power that the engine puts out. Anyone have a problem with the prop slipping? This is a new engine, i haven't flown it in a plane yet. Here's a photo of the prop driver on my Webra 120 compared to the one on my Magnum 160 and a MA 16x6 prop. The driver doesn't even contact the outer edge of the props hub, or should i be using a different brand or model on the Webra? The engines prop range is 16x8 - 18x6.

RE: Webra 120 question
Well i tried running the engine with the MA 16x8 and there seems to be no sign of slippage on the driver. I won't be able to use wood props on it because the plane it is going on will be on floats for water flying.

RE: Webra 120 question
If the prop washer does not engage the outer "hub" or ring of that prop, I would find something with a solid hub to use. I would not trust that hollow hub. That MA may compress or loose grip over time. APC props work well on that motor.

RE: Webra 120 question
I think i will use APC props on this engine ( a 15x10 or 15x9 is what i plan on using ) I will use these MA classics on the Magnum 160. The Webra did turn the MA 16x8 really good at 8500 rpm at a rich 2 cycle setting. I'm impressed with the power of it, it started dragging my sawhorse it was bolted to across the cement.
